Problem
Capchase Pay users lacked a central hub to quickly find essential finance info or perform common tasks, forcing them to navigate multiple pages and tables to find important information, resulting in fragmented experiences and increased support requests.
Solution
Designed a new Home page with personalized modules focused on the finance persona, giving users quick access to important actions like payments, credit and recent events. We've also implemented a quick actions component including a search and shortcuts to actions.
Information architecture
Impact
Users really enjoyed the new experience, resulting in around 15-20% conversion on key actions. Recordings showed some users just checked Home and didn't need to navigate further, proving its value.

Next steps
